I noticed that you do not get any xp if you sharp shoot a zombie from long distance. I'm still lvl 12 and I get 15 xp from kills. You probably set it so players only get xp in 15 feet range. The bow attack range happens to be around 20-25 meters though. (when in hands of skilled archer) Also I toke note that children can move through the crawl spaces. Why the blindness? You are giving a bonus of mobility to the children but also a penalty of blindness while using their bonus when all other professions have no penalty to them!!

Neither of these are bugs so I'm going to move this thread to general discussion.
The XP range was set to prevent situations like you showed in the above screenshot. The idea is that if you're that far away from combat (with a chasm in between you, no less) you're probably using obstacles to get easy kills. Of course, it's impossible to prevent this entirely but some limit has to be made.
I'll consider increasing the range but it'll stay as-is for now.
The blindness is intended to provide a little immersion. The crawlspace tunnels are assumed to be fairly dark, which the blindness simulates. I wouldn't really consider it to be a penalty since it doesn't last long but I suppose some might argue otherwise.

That is one interesting question I will have to ask. Also, everyone build walls and fences to block off the undead so they can get easy kills so what is really the point in trying to prevent it when it is already part of the game? The crawlspaces blindness lasts 5 seconds. A lot can happen in 5 seconds. More importantly, the point is that children get to move through these but the blindness is added as a penalty for their profession bonus. being blind for 5 seconds is considerable when all other professions gain stats for free at beginning and some bonus items. Children on other hand get blindness. That I have to say is pretty unfair. Ironicly the undead can still hit you while you're about to move through the crawlspace during those long 2 seconds it takes to jump from area to an other. with 3 more seconds of blindness you can easily become zombie food. That is why I consider it a penalty.
